There are many creative answers to this, but to be honest I haven't
yet seen anyone come back with anything that would be seriously used
to production code. In general, for everyday use catch/throw and
threads are easier to use and understand than continuations.
Continuations, on the other hand, do let you invent your own language
constructs and generally impress your neighbors ;-)
