Here's the latest on the SuperNews issue.  I just received this 
reply from an Ed Wamser <wamser@remarq.com>:

I am at a loss to understand why it would take them a week to
add a new newsgroup, but perhaps they need to go buy another
disk drive or something.

If it's not there by Friday, then I think we have cause to take the 
issue quite public.
