While we are on the subject, do I understand this correctly:

Matz is going to include irb with the next Ruby distribution,
no separate install will be needed.

If that is the plan, great!  If that isn't the plan, could we do that
anyway :-) ?  It seems to be an important enough of a tool to
include with the standard distribution (even if only for rtags :-)
