I see RubySpec is too careless about adding those questionable specs.
FYI test/* do not have tests for %u, because we believe it's not yet
the time to specify this.

But headius wants the ideal standard.  That was the starting point
(look again).

Did you know that almost all members in this thread (except me, sorry)
was actually top 10 most active rubyspec committers?  Yui's being
against it after contributing this much should be considered.
