Maximum width to be converted, like as scanf(3).

  $ ./ruby -rdate -e 'puts Date.strptime("20060807", "%4Y%2m%2d")'
  2006-8-7
  $ ./ruby -rdate -e 'puts Date.strptime("20060807", "%5Y%1m%2d")'
  20060-8-7
