Subject: rdoc bug?

I think I've found a bug in rdoc's handling of C files. Specifically, it 
turns a method created by rb_create_module_function() into an instance 
method.

Googling a little didn't reveal any previous reports. I've been away 
from the Ruby lists for a while, however, so I'm not sure how or to whom 
this should be reported.
