Summary: Typo and grammar/style fixes for ext/win32ole/win32ole.c

Initial Comment:
The attached patch attempts to create a more consistent style for error
messages in ext/win32ole/win32ole.c by:
- replacing the word `Faile' with `Failed';
- uppercasing the first word of sentences (notably `failed' -> `Failed');
- removing a stray `.';
- improving the use of quoting and colons.

Please consider incorporating these changes (against HEAD). Thank you.

Jos
