Subject: Consolidation of Ruby projects on RubyForge

Hi -

Right now we have two Ruby-core-ish projects on RubyForge - the
rubymirror project where we have Ruby releases

and the new Ruby bugs/patches project:

I'd like to consolidate the releases into the bugs project and shut down
the "rubymirror" project - I can't think of a good reason to keep them
separated.  However, it would mean changing a couple of links here:

http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/20020102.html

to reflect the new file locations for the download reflector.

Matz, would this be OK?  If so, shall I just email new links for the
files to ruby-core so that they can be incorporated into
download-1.8.1.rbx?  Or would it be better to send them somewhere else?
