|This is a question for Matz: Do you want ruby-core to be notified when a bug
|and or patch is posted?

I want any submissions to be mailed to me in any way, directly or via
ruby-core. Since some part of Ruby is not maintained by me any more,
ruby-core is better for _me_. Maybe too noisy for others.

How about trying to notify ruby-core, to see if it's too noisy?
