Subject: [BUG] CVS problem

There is a problem with the CVS, not sure if its cvs. It may be the CIA 
bot, but I don't think so.
Micah, the maintainer of the CIA bots, says its the file below.

CVSROOT/loginfo

I need which ever file fixed so I can recieve Ruby commit messages in #rubymine on Freenode please. Please fix, its the only way I know whats happening with Ruby development when it comes to bugs, etc.
