oh, okay. I was unaware of the ruby-cvs. I always watched CIA(the cvs 
watch bot) located at http://cia.navi.cx/. Many opensource projects use 
the bot as you can see on the webpage. I guess I can look at the 
ruby-cvs@ until the cvs gets fixed. or until I help fix it.
