ruby 1.1b7をリリースします．

重要な変更:

  printfの%dなど数値に対するフォーマッタに文字列を渡すと以前
  は適当にbaseを推測して変換していましたが，今後はperl同様に
  10進数として変換します．baseを推測する変換にはInteger()か，
  String#octを使って下さい．
