This is the architecture I am looking to for Narf.  You have a hash for 
each source of data from the user:

   cgi.url         # hash
   cgi.form       # hash
   cgi.cookie   #hash

You have a convenience method, that checks cookies, then post, then 
get, for a key:

   cgi[key]

Finally, it is convenient to be able to change what cgi[key] returns 
when building web apps.  So I will add another hash:

   cgi.variable

That will be set when the programmer calls:

   cgi[key] = value

And cgi[key] will check request first, then cookies, post, and get.

I think this is a nice way to organized web params -- it's one of the 
things that coldfusion gets right.
