Subject: RSS traceback on Ubuntu Linux

I just got a tech-support email from somebody using FeedBlender, and 
they reported a bug trying to use it on Ubuntu Linux:

/usr/lib/ruby/1.8/rss/parser.rb:394: available XML parser does not found
in [["rss/xmlparser", :XMLParserParser], ["rss/xmlscanner",
:XMLScanParser], ["rss/rexmlparser", :REXMLParser]].
(RSS::XMLParserNotFound)        from /usr/lib/ruby/1.8/rss/1.0.rb:1:in
`require'        from /usr/lib/ruby/1.8/rss/1.0.rb:1
         from ./feedblender.rb:20:in `require'
         from ./feedblender.rb:20

./feedblender.rb:20, by the way, is just

require 'rss/1.0'

Heard of this causing problems on Ubuntu before?
