We also have to think about that which explicity defaults in just
knowing the Runtime and Platform. If Platform::Windows9x,
Platform::WindowsNT, Platform::OpenVMS, Platform::Linux2.4.x |
Platform::JVM | Platform::CLR] forms can be used that might be good.
