What I have is not a book, but a collection of html files that explain
various aspects
of Ruby. (It is however attributed to 'Minero Aoki')

But these do not appear anywhere near a 'book'. But, if a book becomes
available
in English -- Yep, I will spend my money!!!

One site where I found this material is:
http://www1.u-netsurf.ne.jp/~brew/mine/ja/ruby/
I used GOOGLE Translation (Japanese to English Beta) to read them. Boy
- Does a lot
get lost in translation! Even this small collection explains a lot -
but is confusing!
