Narf has been in subversion for ~ 2 years. Subversion has been great. I've had some trouble with the hot_backup.py script. You might want to plan on taking some time to set up the backups. Subversion's externals support is neat and simple. It might be something that could help with organizing commits / etc. Cheers, Patrick
