Well, when I looked at it svnserve wasn't fully supported, so you had to 
drag in Apache 2 and WebDAV and DB. Still, not as bad as PHP...  Maybe 
I'll try again with svnserve.

I already named it: Arch. Everything is stored in .tar.gz. 
Unfortunately, Arch has a horrible client UI and poor documentation.
