[ruby-core:46772] Ruby 1.9.3 release?

JRuby will soon release 1.7.0pre2, the second preview of 1.7. Perhaps
the biggest feature of 1.7 is that we will run in 1.9 mode by default.

JRuby ships a slightly modified copy of MRI's stdlib. JRuby 1.7pre1
ships with the 1.9.3p203 stdlib, and if we were to update stdlib
before the pre2 release we'd be up around 1.9.3p253 stdlib.

My question is about 1.9.3 release schedule. We generally try to ship
the most recent stdlib, but getting 3 or more months ahead of official
1.9.3 releases understandably makes us nervous.

What is the current plan for getting a new 1.9.3 release out? What
concerns would you have about us shipping newer stdlib than the
current official 1.9.3 release?
