[ruby-core:28484] unable to build trunk [doze]

In Mingw, I get the following with trunk

./win32/win32.c:5277: error: syntax error before "sizeof"
make: *** [win32.o] Error 1

though I'm not sure if that's the best way or not.  Appears mingw
already defines signbit for us?
