My replies don't seem to be attaching to tickets.

I replied to [ruby-core:29118] which is part of this ticket:

But my reply isn't showing up in redmine.  Should I be replying to
tickets via redmine?

Also, when I close tickets, they seem to be closed by "Anonymous".  See
[ruby-core:29114].
