You should have parse.{h,y,c} and lex.c at the top-level
source directory for 1.9.

Depending on exactly what you are working on, you might
also try it first on either ruby_parser, Rubinius (our
compiler part is in Ruby), tinyrb (which uses a PEG) or
JRuby's version. It may -- or may not -- be simpler :)
