Here it is.

% ruby -rredmine.jar -e 'Redmine.run'

Easy to deploy, signing, fast loadable check with index file and extensibility by meta info. That's what Jar is.

I think it's good to just adopt Jar spec: http://java.sun.com/javase/6/docs/technotes/guides/jar/jar.html
but 'require' hack should be rather hard (but enough doable I think.)

ex. 'require "./config"' in redmine.jar!/app/runner.rb should require redmine.jar!/app/config
