ruby -v: 1.8 -> 1.9.1

The list of available formatting directives for Time.strftime() method is missing the %e directive, which returns the day of the month without leading zero (replaced with a space).

>>  Time.local(2006, 6, 3).strftime('%e')
=> " 3"

This is applicable for 1.8 and 1.9 docs
