Summary: win32ole: problem with unicode

Initial Comment:
I hit the following problem while working with an excel-spreadsheet.

  x = WIN32OLE.new 'Excel.Application'
  x.workbooks.open('mysheet.xls')

  # cell contains cyrillic characters
  cell = x.range("A1")

  cell.value.inspect  # => "???????????"

I think WIN32OLE doesn't handle unicode correctly.
