Summary: FilUtils.remove_dir doesn't change the rights if it fails

Initial Comment:
FileUtils.remove_dir fails if the directory is not writeable.

In FileUtils.remove_file when it cannot removes the file it changes the rights and retry.

I propose a trivial patch we do the same with FileUtils.remove_dir.
