Yea. It use the PE format. It's a makro that we implement in the make file. It makes  the  *.app  files.

I think so. Ruby is not ported so if you so will i'm the maintainer from this no "ready package". But this is clear: Ruby comes to SkyOS and if it's the last i do....!
It would be great if someone have an idea about it... It would help me if i know what files are important?????!
