Maybe we can add a new arity_range method that does this?

No. I have discussed other names such as "issues" and "its" with Matz
and other guys, but they prefer "bugs". The word "bugs" is shorter,
and more familiar for us especially in Ruby development.

Feel free to submit feature requests at bugs.ruby-lang.org. They'll
produce bugs sooner or later.

May bugs be with you.
