From Ruby 1.9.3, the default library of YAML is switched to psych,
which uses libyaml as the backend.
If you want to use previous one, syck, the code should be following:

#!/usr/bin/env ruby.<version>
require 'syck'
require 'yaml'
t=Time.now
YAML.load_file(<path>)
puts Time.now-t
