There is a usecase.
For example, lib/webrick/httpauth/htpasswd.rb rename a file
created by Tempfile.new.

It has a minor problem that the finalizer invokes unlink() for the file
not exist (because the file is already renamed).

It is difficult to fix this problem without non-block form.
