Maybe we can add a new arity_range method that does this?

From: "Haase, Konstantin" <Konstantin.Haase@...>
Date: 2011-12-09 08:41:10 UTC
List: ruby-core #41562
What would be the wantend behavior of this code:

	def show(element)
		proc { |a =3D 1, b =3D 2| [a, b] }.call(element)
	end

	a =3D 2
	show(a)

	b =3D [2]
	show(b)

Should the last line result in [[2], 2] or in [2, 2]? Does that mean that =
code meant to handle any arbitrary objet will have to check for #to_ary fir=
st before handing it anywhere and then by some magic heuristic decide whet=
her to wrap it in another array?
