Because I'm writing a Ruby disassembler, RubyReflector, based on rubynode, which 
turns hamburgers back into live cows. So one of its production rules is a list 
of the operators that may appear as "mid" tokens.

Tx! The reason I didn't keep looking is I had already found a few of them in 
parse.y, and a casual interpretation of the DRY concept might indicate if the 
concept already appeared in parse.y, even implicitly, it shouldn't appear 
anywhere else, even explicitly. So maybe we are correct that the concept does 
_not_ appear twice in the actual Ruby core!
