I wouldn’t recommend using Ruby to run in-process untrusted code in the first place. Are people doing that?

Feature #10666: Allow setting of default MIME type for WEBrick

* Status: Rejected
* Priority: Normal

HTTPUtils [specifically specifies `application/octet-stream` as the fallback MIME Type](https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/projects/ruby-trunk/repository/entry/lib/webrick/httputils.rb#L131). Other web servers allow you to change the default to, say, `text/html` or `text/plain`. I would like to be able to set this to ay MIME Type in the `mime_tab` list, or to specify a `"default"` MIME Type in the `mime_tab` that is used:
mime_tab[suffix1] || mime_tab[suffix2] || mime_tab["default"] || "application/octet-stream"
or
mime_tab[suffix1] || mime_tab[suffix2] || @default_fallback_mime_type
What do you think?
