I wouldn’t recommend using Ruby to run in-process untrusted code in the first place. Are people doing that?

Issue #17496 has been updated by jeremyevans0 (Jeremy Evans). Status changed from Open to Rejected jzakiya (Jabari Zakiya) wrote: > Excuse me if this has been brought up before. It has been brought up before, by you in #13694, which was itself a duplicate of #4897. I'm rejecting this as a duplicate. However, if you think circumstances have changed since the last rejection, please post what has changed since then. ---------------------------------------- Feature #17496: Add constant Math::TAU https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/17496#change-89669 * Author: jzakiya (Jabari Zakiya) * Status: Rejected * Priority: Normal ---------------------------------------- Excuse me if this has been brought up before. This is a simple proposal to add the math constant ``Math::TAU`` = 2*``Math::PI``. See: https://tauday.com/ ``TAU`` has been included in a growing number of languages (Rust, Python3, Julia, et al), and this would add Ruby to that list, and make it even cooler. :-) -- https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/ Unsubscribe: <mailto:ruby-core-request@ruby-lang.org?subject=unsubscribe> <http://lists.ruby-lang.org/cgi-bin/mailman/options/ruby-core>
