This works:
```ruby
def foo() = puts("bar")
```

This does not:
```ruby
def foo() = puts "bar"
#                ^ syntax error, unexpected string literal, expecting `do' or '{' or '('
```

Is this intentional or accidental? Not sure how it is reasoned.
