Isn't it time to move from CVS to Subversion|BitKeeper|arch|whatever U 
like? :) -- I mean this for ruby's CVS...

It could be good for treating ChangeLog as well - we could have this 
automatically generated (I'm too lazy to change ChangeLog by hand...)
