While the Japanese holidays are not necessarily generally applicable,
I've found both #nth_kday? and #easter? to be invaluable (Easter is
especially tricky to calculate). Perhaps the Japanese specific bits
should be split in to jp_holiday.rb, with #nth_kday? and #easter? (and
anything else generic) staying in holiday.rb and included in the
stdlib?
