結果だけいうと、http://www.debian.org/mirror/list
のミラーリストからjapanの部分をみて stable mainを選択すればよいでしょう

netselectなどで、ネット的に近い場所を探すとよいです。（参考文書にやりかた
があります）

具体例
deb http://ftp2.jp.debian.org/debian/ stable main

確認方法：
下記のコマンドで、filenameにmainが入っているので、mainに収録されている
ことがわかる。
