ruby -v: ruby 1.9.2p180 (2011-02-18 revision 30909) [i386-cygwin]


When doing "ri String#unpack" on the shell prompt with environment variables
* RI unset
* PAGER set to "less"
* PATH including "/usr/bin"
and less being /usr/bin/less the pager won't be called.  If I change PAGER to the full path the pager is actually opened.
