I'm not sure if you are seriously implying that I didn't read the
thread, but in case it needs to be said: yes, of course, I did, and I
would be grateful if, in the future, you always assumed that I read
the full thread before replying.

Although your question follows two sentences, I can only imagine that
it may not have been clear that by "also" (first sentence), I was
referring to the position of the original poster? I could have been
more clear and never meant to imply you agreed to this. Indeed, I
would not have replied if you didn't need convincing!

If your question is not about the word "also" but about any other
word(s) in the two sentences, then I'll need some more explanation.
