Subject: [ruby-core:33577] [Ruby 1.9-Feature#4068] Replace current standard Date/DateTime library with home_run

Issue #4068 has been updated by tadayoshi funaba.


> t = Time.new(2001)
#=> 2001-01-01 00:00:00 +0900
> t += 0.5
#=> 2001-01-01 00:00:00 +0900
> t + 0.5
#=> 2001-01-01 00:00:01 +0900

same.
not problem.
and date objest shows the difference in inspect.
