I'm not familiar with XML-RPC in the context of mod_ruby, but these
lines stood out:
server.add_handler("michael.add") do |a,b|
server.add_handler("michael.div") do |a,b|
I'm assuming "michael" is Michael Neumann. Are these really the names we
want to use for handlers? Or is this a non-issue?

It looks good to me. Are there any backwards compatibility issues we
need to worry about?
Additional tests (if possible) would always be welcome with these
patches as well. :)

Dan
