To me, both "=E6=97=A5=E6=9C=AC=E8=AA=9E=E7=89=88=E3=82=82=E3=81=82=E3=82=

fine. And
I think both zzak's and martin's opinion makes sense.
_Personally_ I use following rules.
- If expected reader is programmer and only have two languages
(English and Japanese)
-> English (e.g. Japanese is here) is best. Because almost all
japanese *programmer* can
read English quickliy. And removing Japanese help English
speaker a little.
- If expected reader is not programmer or have three or more languages.
-> Martin-san's way is best. Because it is standard way of multi
language text.
In this case, I'm incline zzak. but I suspect another guys have
another decision threshold. So,
I don't want enforce my threshold. Please think this is just my
personal feelings.
