ruby-dev で英語での議論失礼しました。要約しますと、英語の文書の中に「日 
本語はこちら」とかの文を英語にするか日本語にするか (もしくは、両方にする

I agree with Koichi. But it's not that they can't read it, it's that it 
may take quite a bit more time for them to find it in an English text 
(as compared to an all-Japanese text, or a Japanese sentence in an 
English text).

I'm just guessing that, but this guess is based on my own experience: I 
read Japanese quite fluently, but it still takes me quite a bit more 
time to spot something in a Japanese text compared to in an English text.

It may produce some empty squares or question marks, or maybe even 
garbage, but I don't think it will seriously affect anybody, so I think 
it's effectively harmless.

But I'm fine with leaving this to the native Japanese speakers on this 
list. I added some explanation at the top for those who don't read 
English quickly, who would be the main target of my proposal.
