あれ、まだ起きるような。
うちのx86_64 linuxだと以下のように vm_call_cfunc - cfp consistency error でrb_bugして、その延長でsegv.
ところで、一般論としてcfp consistency errorが起きてる時に ruby level backtraceが採取できる可能性はないんじゃないですかね。
