ThinにはEventMachineが必要で、EventMachineはnative extensionが存在しビルドが必要なようですね。

そこまではわかるのですが、当方Windowsではないので動作の確認ができません。

に存在するeventmachine-0.12.10-x86-mswin32-60.gemはダメですか？
おそらくこのファイルはすでにwindows向けにビルドされたファイルが入っていると思います。

P.S: 返信の時に件名をいじるとWebやメーラーで表示がつながらなくなりすこし困るので、件名はあまりいじらないようにお願いします。
