ruby-bugs:PR#1242の件ですが、英語で誤解のないようにうまく書け
ないので日本語で失礼します。ごめんなさい。


さて、そもそも、config.hはコンパイラに依存する情報が出力され
たファイルであり、VC++用に出力されたものがMinGWあるいはBC++で
使用できないのは「あたりまえ」だと思うのですがいかがなもんで
しょう?

仮に下記の点を修正したとしても、他にも矛盾する点はいくつもあ
るはずです。
