When I try to use git, I often get messages like the following:
```
Untracked files:
  (use "git add <file>..." to include in what will be committed)

        bin/cygruby270.dll
        bin/goruby.exe
        bin/ruby.exe
        bin/rubyw.exe
        lib/ruby/

nothing added to commit but untracked files present (use "git add" to track)
```

Can we please add these to .gitignore? Thanks!
