[ruby-core:55118] Please, do not break ABI

Hi guys,

I have noticed, that Ruby 1.9.3-p362 breaks ABI, i.e. there is removed
"rb_class_init_copy" function due to [1]:

$ nm --dynamic 327/libruby.so.1.9.1 | grep rb_class_init_copy
0000000000040850 T rb_class_init_copy
$ nm --dynamic 362/libruby.so.1.9.1 | grep rb_class_init_copy

Although "rb_class_init_copy" is probably considered internal, it is
exported and somebody can use it. That is not how ABI works. Could you
please ensure that no symbols are removed in any patch release?
