[ruby-core:45925] Commit bit in GitHub mirror?

Hello,

I recently noticed several committers shown linked to GitHub accounts,
which normally doesn't happen for those using svn.

Was wondering if those committers have been granted commit rights in GitHub.

Don't know how the svn bridge works or if is bidirectional but if so,
I would like to have commit rights to Git directly, making more easy
my workflow.
